Since neither the bake nor the broil are working, it's unlikely that the problem is from the elements.

The two most likely culprits are the control or a hi-limit switch (thermostat).

For the controls, I've found this more common on controls that have an L2-in and L2-out. The surest way to check this is if you have a volt meter. If you read 220v from L1 (black) to Bake (usually yellow or from L2-in (red or orange) to L2-out (red or orange). It'll be a bad control.

Unless you're used to working with electricity, checking voltage can be dangerous, so be careful.

The limit switches are usually located either on the back of the range, behind the control panel under the cooktop or behind the control panel right behind the right surface burner switches. Some of them are resetable (just press the little red button on them). They can be checked by checking continuity.

Hope this...

: Yes, it used to click. The model # FGF316WGSG.

Your range uses a glow bar ignition system so if it used to click, it was just a coincidence.

On that design of range if the oven ignitor is not glowing at all, the problem could be in the thermostat, oven ignitor or oven gas valve (or a wire has just come off somewhere). Each of those components should be able to be tested for continuity to see if one is open (has infinite resistance) or not. If it is, it is likely defective and needs to be replaced.

You can see pictures of those components at the following links:

: Thanks for your trouble but you don't have to
: do this tonight on New Years Eve. The range
: isn't going anywhere :`)

That's Ok, neither an I.
